In producing our wide variety of honey, we insist on the beehives being taken to the best locations where blossoms and flowers produce only premium grade honey. Most types of honey, with the exception of acacia honey, tend to crystallise, crystallisation being a sure sign of purity. If heated to over 40°C, honey loses valuable nutrients and flavour but stays as a liquid longer.Our honey is left to crystallise naturally and so keeps it unique flavour.
