  Porcini or cep mushrooms (Boletus edulis) are picked in autumn in deciduous woodland and are among the finest edible wild mushrooms. We conserve them in olive oil with herbs or dry them slowly for the best aroma.The porcini creme gives any risotto a touch of creme porcini taste.
